Valentino cocktail recipe

This is an updated version of the classic English cocktail that was first introduced to the public in the early 2000s. The recipe features a double portion of gin that is enhanced by a concise amount of Campari and complemented by vermouth. The resulting flavour is a delicate sweetness with bright and pleasant notes of bitterness, making it an excellent alternative to the popular Negroni cocktail.

Method
  1. Add all the ingredients and ice to the shaker. Stir with a spoon.
  2. Pour the cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
  3. Decorate with lemon zest.
