galliano liqueur

pink grapefruit juice

2 drops

grapefruit bitters

to taste

ice cubes

to taste

grapefruit zest

Method

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and ice. Shake.
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour the cocktail into the glass using the strainer.
Garnish with grapefruit zest.
