Monkey Gland

Monkey Gland is an original cocktail created by a true American in one of Paris’s top bars during the 1920s. Bright, sweet orange juice softens the dryness of gin, while a few drops of absinthe bring a bitter herbal edge to the mix. This refreshing and sweet cocktail delivers a rich, layered aftertaste. Monkey Gland is a perfect welcome drink to kick off a long evening.
