Income Tax

This is a classic American cocktail from the early 1930s. The dry notes of gin and dry vermouth blend smoothly with the gentle sweetness of sweet vermouth and orange juice. The result is a crisp, fruity flavour with just the right strength and a refreshing herbal finish. Income Tax is a great way to start a relaxed evening.
