Jasmine Cocktail Recipe | Bright & Bitter Citrus Gin Mix

The Jasmine cocktail is a California-born creation, invented in the late 1990s as an attempt to impress a particularly demanding guest. The experiment proved successful, and the drink quickly gained popularity along the coast. The combination of gin and Campari is brightened by lemon juice and softened by triple sec, resulting in a refreshing, slightly bitter cocktail with citrusy aromas and a crisp, piney finish. Jasmine is a perfect choice for a beachside escape.

Method
  1. Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake well.
