Typhoon Cocktail Recipe | Gin and Sambuca with Lime Cordial

The history and original recipe for the Typhoon cocktail are incredibly difficult to determine, as a variety of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, have received this legendary name over the years. In this version, the austere gin is mixed with sambuca and lightly diluted with lime cordial. Tart anise notes are tinged with dry pine tones and softened by delicate, sweet lime. It is the ideal cocktail for true Sambuca lovers.
